Welcome to the Alpha Painting website. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using this website and the general terms that apply when you request an estimate or services from Alpha Painting.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this website or submit requests through it.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to the person using this website or requesting services. "We", "us", "our" and "the Company" refer to Alpha Painting. "Services" means the painting and related services we offer, and "Project" means any job we agree in writing to perform for you.

2. Our Services

Alpha Painting provides residential and commercial painting services, including interior painting, cabinet refinishing, deck and fence staining, commercial painting and wallpaper removal, along with related surface preparation such as drywall patching. Descriptions on this website are general information about what we offer. They are not an offer to perform any particular work, and they do not change the terms of any written estimate or contract.

The exact scope of any Project, including the surfaces, preparation, products, colors, schedule and price, is set out in a written estimate or contract that we provide to you. If anything on this website conflicts with your written estimate or contract, the written estimate or contract controls.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Free estimates: estimates are free and come with no obligation to book.
  • Basis of estimates: estimates are based on the conditions we can see and the information you give us at the time. Conditions that could not reasonably be seen, such as hidden damage behind wallpaper, loose plaster or moisture problems, may change the work required.
  • Validity: each estimate is valid for the period stated on it.
  • Changes: changes to the agreed scope, including added rooms, surfaces or color changes, should be agreed between us before the extra work is done and may change the price.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for each Project, including any deposit, payment schedule and accepted payment methods, are set out in your written estimate or contract. Please review those terms before work begins and ask us if anything is unclear.

5. Scheduling and Access

Same day estimates and, where the schedule allows, same day starts on smaller jobs are available, but availability is not guaranteed for any particular date. Project start dates are confirmed when you approve the estimate. Weather can affect schedules for deck and fence staining, and we may reschedule outdoor work when conditions are not suitable.

To help the work go smoothly and safely, you agree to:

  • Remove small items, breakables, valuables and wall hangings from the areas to be worked on, unless we agree otherwise.
  • Provide safe, clear access to the work areas during the agreed working times.
  • Keep children and pets away from active work areas.
  • Tell us about any known hazards or conditions that could affect the work, including the age of the home.
  • Obtain any homeowners association or property manager approvals needed for the work, such as approved stain colors.

6. Warranty

Alpha Painting stands behind its work. Every project is backed by our 1-year warranty. Ask us for the warranty terms that apply to your Project, including what is covered and how to make a claim, by calling (302) 444-2894.

7. SMS / Text Message Terms

If you opt in to text messages through one of our forms, you agree to receive texts from Alpha Painting about your estimate, scheduling, project updates or application. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of applying for a job. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms, or submit requests on behalf of someone else without their permission.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security, or access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.
  • Use the website to send spam or unsolicited messages.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Alpha Painting or its licensors own the content on this website, including text, graphics and layout. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
